Prior to joining CCI, Charlotte Al Usta had worked in M&A and Management consulting in Amsterdam and four years in London for a mid-cap Debt Advisory boutique as well as a French Investment Bank. Charlotte holds a BSc. from the European Business School in Oestrich Winkel (Germany) and a MSc. in Global Management from Kedge Business School in Bordeaux (France). She speaks fluent German, French and English.
Jennifer Maag-Pelz is the Founder and Managing Partner of CCI. She has over 25 years experience advising clients in Mergers & Acquisitions as well as related financial issues. Prior to founding CCI in 1999, she worked for KPMG Corporate Finance and Deloitte & Touche in Zurich, Switzerland and Munich, Germany. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in economics and passed her exam as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1994. Jennifer Maag serves on the Foundation of a privately held Swiss industrial company, as a board member of a Swiss start-up and is a mentor for the Entrepreneur’s Club of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ).
Before joining CCI Manuel worked for an international strategy consultancy with a focus on multi-billion Dollar infrastructure projects as well as a mid-sized multinational industry company in Finance, including several M&A projects. Manuel is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Master degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich. He speaks fluent English and German and has a basic knowledge of French and Italian.
Mark Schibli has 30 years experience in capital markets in Switzerland and the US. Prior to joining the CCI team, he was advising clients on start up and growth financing (debt and/or equity), including debt restructurings and refinancings. Mark started his career as a financial futures and options trader at Cargill, and worked in derivatives trading and structuring of interest rates, credit and foreign exchange risks for many years. He holds a degree from the University of Vermont (US) and speaks English and German.
Prior to joining CCI, Martino Tschudi worked for a Swiss start-up. Martino has a Bachelors degree as an environmental engineer from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. He speaks fluent Italian, German, English and has a good knowledge of French.
