Jennifer Maag-Pelz is the Founder and Managing Director of CCI. She has over 25 years experience advising clients in Mergers & Acquisitions as well as related financial issues. Prior to founding CCI in 1999, she worked for KPMG Corporate Finance and Deloitte & Touche in Zurich, Switzerland and Munich, Germany. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in economics and passed her exam as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1994. Jennifer Maag serves on the Foundation of a privately held Swiss industrial company, as a board member of a Swiss start-up and is a mentor for the Entrepreneur’s Club of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ).
Teun de Ven
Teun de Ven is Partner at CCI. He has over 30 years M&A and management experience with a solid track record in initiating, managing and successfully implementing M&A transactions for quoted and mid-cap companies as well as for Family Offices and Private Equity. In his 15 years as a M&A advisor, Teun has led numerous cross-border transactions and also has many years of industry experience (e.g. as Head of Residential Customers Swisscom, several CEO and Board positions at portfolio companies of Jacobs Holding). He serves on the Board of Directors of a family company in the construction sector and has a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG).
Maria Salourou joined the CCI team in 2017 as Associate Director. She has over 20 years of working experience within three global advisory firms (Deloitte, KPMG, BDO), as well as an Acquisition Manager within Wolseley, a UK FTSE 100 listed Group. In addition to her experience in Mergers & Acquisitions/Due Diligence, she has been involved in post-acquisition integration and carve outs. Maria has a degree in economics from Athens University of Economics and Business and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece.
Prior to joining CCI, Martino Tschudi worked for a Swiss start-up. Martino has a Bachelors degree as an environmental engineer from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and is studying to become a certified financial analyst (CFA). He speaks fluent Italian, German, English and has a good knowledge of French.
Prior to joining CCI, Nico Fopp worked at Ernst & Young in the corporate tax department. He has completed a Bachelors degree in Law & Economics at the University of St. Gallen. Nico speaks fluent German, English and has a good knowledge of Italian.
